EAG have been at the forefront of the recent growth in new build hospitals. Major projects include the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton, Sheffield Northern General Hospital and St Bartholomew’s Hospital London along with a major refurbishment of Great Ormond Street Hospital.

Residential

EAG has undertaken many major residential projects and is currently working on a scheme of 148 luxury apartments for Berkeley Homes at Abell House in Westminster.

Commercial

EAG has a predominant presence in the resurgent London office market and has numerous sites under construction including 8 Salisbury Square and 160 Aldersgate.

Education

EAG has a long track record in securing contracts in the education field with numerous award winning school and University projects in our portfolio such as Holland Park School and the School of Architecture at the University of Greenwich.

Retail and Leisure

EAG have enjoyed a long involvement in a diverse range of projects in these sectors, most recently Westfield’s Stratford City Shopping Centre and the conversion of the London Olympic Stadium.
