EAG have been at the forefront of the recent growth in new build hospitals. Major projects include the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital, the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton, St Bartholomew’s Hospital London along with a major refurbishment of Great Ormond Street Hospital, Zayed Centre for Research into Rare Disease in Children and more recently Cleveland Clinic in Grosvenor Place.

Residential

EAG has undertaken many major residential projects and have delivered several high-rise residential projects, including Abell House in Westminster for Berkeley Homes, Embassy Gardens Blocks A03 & A05 for Ballymore Ecoworld, Perfume Factory Acton for Telford Homes and Aldgate Place Phase 2 for McLaren Construction, Block H1 & H2 at TVC White City, Oval Village Block B, and we are now delivering Block G at Kings Road Park for St William.

Commercial

EAG has a predominant presence in the resurgent London office market and has numerous sites completed including 8 Salisbury Square, 160 Aldersgate, and have recently completed Aldgate Place, 135 Park Street and The Refinary @ Manbre Wharf.

Education

EAG has a long track record in securing contracts in the education field with numerous award winning school and University projects in our portfolio such as the RCA in Battersea, Mulberry Dock Academy, School of Architecture at the University of Greenwich.

Retail and Leisure

EAG have enjoyed a long involvement in a diverse range of projects in these sectors, such as Westfield’s Stratford City Shopping Centre and the conversion of the London Olympic Stadium, as well as numerous retail and commercial projects attached to our residential contracts.
