Designed for full factory fabrication and glazing allowing full manufacturing QA quality, unitised systems are intended for high rise applications with no external access where high weathering performance, high thermal rating and rapid installation via floor crane or mono-rail are the main project drivers. EAG’s fabrication facilities are equipped with two five tonne overhead cranes allowing the largest units to be fabricated and successfully handled. Either fully glazed or panelised and skinned with aluminium, copper, stainless or stone can be offered to suit your requirements, all delivered on our own transport. Off the shelf designs from the leading system houses are offered, but more often than not bespoke solutions are designed to suit the project with full off site dynamic performance, thermal and acoustic testing.
